Continuous technical assistance on the implementation and management of a NRW monitoring software, including initial data collection and treatment, on 6 water supply municipal concessions of INDAQUA, covering over 580’000 inhabitants, 214’000 clients, with over 3’700 km of networks and 300 DMA’s. The project also included providing training to the users, assuring helpdesk support and continuous reporting. A global procedure has been developed and put in place to assure data quality and an adequate parametrization of events. Meter data has been complemented with GIS data, Clients and Work-Orders, among other, allowing an integrated vision of the existing systems and implementing a set of KPI’s to support adequate planning and management.
