The full scope considers a global approach on asset and O&M management at the bulk water facility, from developing plans and manuals, equipment documentation and available data, complemented with a survey carried out on site, to implementing an asset and O&M management software - ION, allowing O&M plan execution, operators team management and activity registry, identifying means and resources used per asset and focusing on asset management requirements.
