Infrastructural data is always critical in all processes of management of an utility that manages urban water cycle infrastructures. A Geographical Information System (GIS) is a fundamental component to compile and manage the information available and support all management areas of the utility. Within the project framework was developed a diagnosis and a detail analysis of the GIS, covering the processes, procedure, technical resources, data models, data and data existent quality control, in the field of water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructures.
