The scope considers:
An approach on O&M management, developing O&M manuals, based on existing as-builts, equipment documentation and information.
Implementation of ION O&M software, allowing O&M plan execution, operators team management and activity registry, identifying means and resources used per asset and focusing on asset management requirements, among other.
OBI, reporting and business intelligence software, will be implemented, with an initial focus on reporting and clear KPI’s but with medium term goal on achieving implementation of machine learning and artificial intelligence, that will support facility and equipment optimization, reducing O&M costs.
