Development and implementation of an integrated platform in 3 utilities, covering water supply (over 56’000 clients, 2’000 km of pipes, 37 pumping stations and 63 water tanks) and sewer systems (over 47’000 clients, 1’370 km of sewers and 119 pumping stations), in Barcelos, Marco de Canaveses and Paços de Ferreira, based on opensource business intelligence software, with no user number limit, with management dashboards and reporting. It includes the development and implementation of performance indicators.
OBI is used in all areas of the utility (technical, commercial, financial, administration) making distinct query profiles available for different users, needs, as well as data reporting in compliance with the water regulator.
