Development and implementation of ION, an asset and O&M management platform, both in desktop and mobile versions, being an integrated platform, covering water supply and sewer systems, and allowing to track work orders, avoid failures, manage resources and infrastructure, as well as plan periodic work orders. It also produces reports and key indicators to identify problems, trends, and support decision making in a sustainable manner.
OBI is used in all areas of the utility (technical, commercial, financial, administration) making distinct query profiles available for different users, needs, as well as data reporting in compliance with the water regulator.
