DouroECI is responsible for the technical assistance on several areas: project support for the full project scope (including technical back-office, project management and field visits), deliverables development and quality assurance / quality control, and having a key presence in the information systems area, implementing the maintenance management system and a reporting system, as well as supporting the project management and implementation of the CMS and FMS.
The project also includes business plan development, O&M plan, Remedial and Rehabilitation plan, Non-revenue water plan, among other.
3 year project, supporting the implementation of the project in several municipalities: Lubango, Quipungo, Chibia, Matala, and Jamba, covering a population over 700’000 inhabitants with a total network extension of over 300 km.
